Volume Discounts

Owners scheduling multiple properties on the same day may qualify for discounted pricing.

Recertification Discounts

Discounts may be available for returning clients needing renewal certifications.

Multifamily & Apartment Buildings

Multifamily / High-Rise Properties (5+ Units)

  • Starting at $400 per unit inspected

  • Number of units requiring testing

  • Common areas

  • Property condition

Important Notes

  • Older properties with deteriorated paint, damaged windows, or deferred maintenance may require repairs before passing inspection.

  • Reports are typically delivered within 4–5 business days.

  • Larger multifamily reports may require additional processing time.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 48 business hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
